With intricate notes of cinnamon, orange zest, and oak derived spice, we are invited to explore the mystery of what lies behind the curtain.  Playful, savory undertones of vanilla bean, dark cherry, and roasted meats are accented by a subtle hint of maple.
This wine is textural and layered; it develops in the glass.  The 2018 is approachable with a few hours of a decant, however those who cellar the 2018 for longer will be the most rewarded.
